Excellent, prompt informative, experienced service t Having a 7 AM appt, I was at this dealership 45 minutes early for service for a software recall for restraint control module. A service representative proceeded to process my Ram truck for service. I was well informed of what would be done, how long it would take. I was also informed of different types of service and which would best serve my truck at that time other then the recall. A 6,000 mike servicecwas also done after speaking with Mr Petrowski of the reason and benefits. The work was completed within the time stated (1 hour) before hand and my vehicle was returned as clean as it was when I arrived. I was extremely pleased with the service and left confident that my vehicke was well serviced. I would recommend this dealership 100%.. More

"Are You Buying, or Crying" Last October I purchased my second Jeep Wrangler from East Hills. Overall, it was a "painless" transaction, we quickly arrived at the purchase price, and the sales rep, Mike Guerrieri even went "above and beyond, to accommodate me and ensure a "delighted" customer. (I had left a CD in my trade-in, which Mike retrieved after the fact and held for me; he also went out of his way to get the rubber floor mats which had become "miss-laid" during the new vehicle pick-up). Additionally, I want to thank Kevin and Jon in service, as they were most accommodating this past weekend in getting the factory soft-top removed, and nicely stored away for me. I'll continue being a customer, and recommending East Hills. More

Terrific Dealership and service I would highly recommend this dealership. I’ve bought many cars here and I am never disappointed! Be very careful here - I will never return! I took my car in for service to this dealership multiple times over several years and have never been happy with the result. On one occasion a part wa I took my car in for service to this dealership multiple times over several years and have never been happy with the result. On one occasion a part was installed incorrectly and lead to more damage to the car. When confronted with the results, the dealership made no attempt to fix the problem they had caused, claiming the issue was the result of normal wear and tear on the vehicle. The service representatives tried to conn me into replacing fluids on our vehicle that did not need replacing, claiming they had checked them. However, when the manager was confronted about this attempted conn, he told us all of his service is simply "recommended" despite it not being recommended according to the service manual. BE CAREFUL - apparently this dealership recommends services without verifying the vehicle does in fact need them. Finally, when I brought the car in for the last time and it was no longer under warranty, I were never told there would be a diagnostic fee. Upon dropping off the car, I was presented with an iPad form to sign. However, the part of the form that had the price was hidden from view (on purpose I'm sure) and I was never verbally informed of the fee. When I complained about not being told of the fee, I asked for the manager to be shown the iPad form in the manner it was presented, so he could see that it was misleading. His only response was "You signed it - in a court of law, I would win this case - a signed form is a signed form". This was clearly another attempt to conn the customer. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the care and service I received and will never return to this dealership. More

Excellent service provided by Service Adviser Michael Casey I recently had a problem with a disturbing rattle sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and Service Advisor Michael Casey helped in gett I recently had a problem with a disturbing rattle sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and Service Advisor Michael Casey helped in getting the issue corrected last month. He had stated that he felt the issue was related to the suspension, and suggested replacing the link stabilizers. He had me back on the road in a very short time, and I can't overstate my satisfaction with the service I received. I have another jeep dealership located closer to my home in Westbury but have felt I have always been best served by driving the extra few miles to East Hills. Mike Casey only reinforced my positive view on the East Hills dealership. Thanks you Mike! P.S. Marc Siegel and Jon Piansky are two additional employees that have assisted me in the past and have also drawn me back to East Hills. Overall a great staff! More

Service Department Performance I have been bring my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to East Hills Chrysler Jeep, where I purchased it over 6 years ago, for routine maintenance, unexpected I have been bring my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to East Hills Chrysler Jeep, where I purchased it over 6 years ago, for routine maintenance, unexpected repairs, recalls, and custom installations. Over the years I have come to know most of the Service Advisors, the Service Manager; as well as, some of the senior mechanics and find them all to be truly dedicated professionals. The Service Advisor that has serviced my needs more than others, and stands out as one of the best, is Mr. Marc Seigel. Marc works with me to ensure that only the service I need is addressed and that any unforeseen repairs are made. Marc's Service Manager Jon Piansky has done an excellent job of fostering a staff that are professional and courteous to their customers. More

When it comes to managers and service department and the service manager Jon Piansky, are by the worse people to work with or talk to. Jon do not help anyone and yet just gets upset and walks away from everything and cant man up and have a conversation and or get something addressed and fixed. But no he is so rud and nasty and definity should not be a service manager. Also Kevin Chang was not a nice guy as well, he had and attitude as well and was super nasty when talking back to me. They do not call anyone back, they don't do anything to help anyone, as well and don't live up to anything they say. My car was in the shop getting fixed a couple time and when I went to pick up my car they had kept damageing my car. everytime I had gone back over the period of 3 and a half months straight, they would be more damage and I would just get back in the loaner and leave again for them to fix the car. After all the damage they have done on my car, it turns out that the whole left, right and rear of thr car was painted in the end do to all the damages that they have done to my car. I even contacted chryslar capital and they gave me the run around and gave me different case workers, they didn't fill eachother in so had to eep starting over. They kept asking me to bring car as they will fix it and fter the 3rd time and loosing 3rd day of work I gave up with this company. Thay asking if iw anted to buy the car and I was like you are nuts for me to buy a car that you crap dealer painted and the paint is flacking off. I would never buy that car and I fell back for the next owner of that car.. They would not help with anything and I mentioned if you don't help I will get out of my lease early and never go back to this company again. and so they told me Tuesday they can not help me, and Saturday I went and got rid of that car and when to a different brand where I got treated great like they actually wants customer to be happy and not this crap company. After all the cars I have bought throught this company I would not reccomenned anyone to get a car from this company and if you really love the company then would definity not recommened from this dealer at all. More

Refused to honor Truecar price Call this dealership on phone when I got my Truecar price. Said they honored Truecar internet pricing. Test drove the car, ready to buy. Kept us there for HOURS wheeling and dealing which I hate,. In the end they refused to honor the Truecar price. After we walked they even sent me an email to return to honor the price so I came back and they still refused to honor the price. Waste of time. They are in the Truecar program but belong to the 5 percent shady dealerships that just sign up with Truecar to get you in the door then refuse to honor the price given. FYI ALL 4 OTHER dealerships in the area honored the Truecar price WITHOUT haggling or anything. Of course I purchased my new vehicle at one of them - no problems!!. So if you get a good price on the TRUECAR don't bother here. Can't recommend due to shady buisness dealings More
