Cristian had a difficult job to do for me after suddenly being without a car. He maintains good customer contact, goes the extra mile to answer questions (a lot lol) and is there with info, trying to find being without a car. After 55 cars and 45 years of marriage, we got our first Honda. We closed after 4 years ownership of our previous car, and two days before our wedding anniversary. Very through walk thru of the '23 Pilot features with lots of tips to get us started in the Honda way. The Pilot is on a 4 year path to our daughter and son-in-law, who are on Honda number 4.
