Jonathan and Mario were extremely patient and very helpful as we first purchased an M4, had it for 2 weeks and absolutely did not like the car. Buying a car should not be such an absolute pain in the xxx. They were so crazy anxious to close a sale. We came to this dealership, even tho is was a 45 minute drive. We did not intend to purchase a car xxx. They were so crazy anxious to close a sale. We came to this dealership, even tho is was a 45 minute drive. We did not intend to purchase a car at that moment, butwe did. They required that my wife drive 45 minutes home to write a check, then send them a picture of the check. Then, they had a driver come to our house to pick up the check. Also, they had my wife send a photo of the check to the dealership but apparently ‘that didn’t work’. I waited until the driver returned to the dealership with the check. The entire process took about 4 hours. Due to the distance and rush hour this process was ery inconvenient and unbelievably time consuming. Honesty, i paid cash for my last three Lexus cars and it was seamless. I will never purchase a car from a BMW dealer again. I was there until way after the dealership actually closed for the day. More
