I took my car in and was told I needed a new engine. They were contacting Kia to see if there was a warranty available for the engine. They had my car for 5 weeks. During that time I was able to get aho They were contacting Kia to see if there was a warranty available for the engine. They had my car for 5 weeks. During that time I was able to get ahold of the service tech on my car, Jonathan, three times. Three times in 5 weeks. Having no communication whatsoever was incredibly frustrating, not to mention when I asked their sales team about possible trade in options they told me the most they could give me was $1 which was truly so annoying after all I had went through to even get a single answer. The situation itself was not the problem it was the lack of communication and any guidance and help that gives them this review. More
