My new KIA from Regal has a bad seat and Regal has played runaround with me. I have had the vehicle in at least 3 times and Jonathan and the service team have yet to resolve my issue. Now they say my part (t runaround with me. I have had the vehicle in at least 3 times and Jonathan and the service team have yet to resolve my issue. Now they say my part (that may or may not fix the seat issue) is on back order and they have no eta. I was told a service manager would reach out to me to discuss the delay and I’ve yet to get a call from anyone in service and it’s been 2+weeks. Now I’m moving out of state and will have to find a new dealership to work through the issue. Very disappointed in the service at Regal KIA. More

Like always excelente. Service is excellent, they keep you up dated of what's going on with your car , excelent lobby with great coffee machine and also popcorn. They are very rude and insist you need more work done than you do. They argued with me on the phone. I know there's a known issue with the engine for this car. Now they insisted there's an oil leak and n than you do. They argued with me on the phone. I know there's a known issue with the engine for this car. Now they insisted there's an oil leak and no there is not. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KIA AGAIN. I GOT RID OF THAT PIECE OF CRAP CAR. I DIDN'T WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WAS PUSHED INTO BUYING.
