John, Heather and the tech Guy were all extremely courteous and accomodating. I had a PPI done and was given a new Macon as a loaner which was enjoyable to drive. I returned to pick up my car once th courteous and accomodating. I had a PPI done and was given a new Macon as a loaner which was enjoyable to drive. I returned to pick up my car once the inspection was completed and my car was returned to me washed and in better condition than when I dropped it off. My service visit was resolved epeditiously and without any issue. John went above and beyond to contact the Warranty Co. on my behalf to get a warranty issue addressed.
