The loaner was waiting and in excellent condition. The service team was prepared for my arrival and welcomed me. The team knew why I was there, asked appropriate questions, and explained the process in detail including costs and completion timeline. There were no surprises. This was an unexpected level of concern, attention to detail, customer advocacy, and excellent communication when compared to past service interactions with other service centers over many years of automobile ownership. I truly feel the team had my best interest in mind and advocated for the best possible solutions to my service needs. I highly recommend Legend/Amityville Porsche for service.
