Great Job! Malik, Jonathan, and Omari did a excellent job with helping me purchase my 1st vehicle. horrible!!!!!! Does NOT seem like I went to the same place as the previous "reviewers" (really doubting that those were real/honest) because the experience I've had Does NOT seem like I went to the same place as the previous "reviewers" (really doubting that those were real/honest) because the experience I've had so far has been atrocious!!! Came in at 11:25am for an oil change and as of 2:10pm, I'm still sitting here. My service "advisor" is nowhere to be found and when I try to get help from someone else, I get a brush off. Going to be missing an appointment I scheduled to see my doctor and the VERY helpful response I got was "call your doctor and change it." SUPER DUPER happy right now and will ABSOLUTELY be coming back for my future service needs....NOT. Also, this is not he first time I come here for something simple and three hours later I'm still sitting there....that will be it for me with this place. More

Remarkable Experience I enjoyed the friendly staff at Rick Case. I felt a sense of caring and was given an overload of attention. The staff all seem to be happy doing their job (no frowns, or overheard complaints). My only complaint was that I waited a little long for approval without explanation. Bottom line, I would gladly recommend Rick Case Hyundai to my friends if looking for a new vehicle. More

Great experience I've purchased a lot of cars over the years and I have to say that the Rick Case experience was one of the best. I was pretty sure I knew what I want I've purchased a lot of cars over the years and I have to say that the Rick Case experience was one of the best. I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted when we went in. We found the car we were interested in, went for a test drive, came to an agreement on a price, met with Michael in finance and we were out the door in our new Tucson Sport Turbo - overall, a great experience! More
