Held my rim and tire hostage Sent my rim out for repair the paint was bubbling On Monday we had to call to see if it was ready they said we’re busy so they didn’t time to put th Sent my rim out for repair the paint was bubbling On Monday we had to call to see if it was ready they said we’re busy so they didn’t time to put the rim so we would up ourselves and put it on They Proceeded to tell us we couldn’t have our tire and rim because of a campaign on our vehicle until we did the campaign Nobody said there was a campaign when we dropped or the week before when we asked if it was under warranty and made the arrangements to drop off rim and tire This is the worst treatment and they wanted us to make an appointment to have the campaign done so it would have been another four days of riding around on a donut spare I will never go back to RICK case of Fort Lauderdale I’m also having second thoughts about owning a Hyundai the police said that it’s not legal to drive with a don’t for that length of time They made me go there and sit and wait to fit me in to get my car backand no less over one hour to get my car after it was finished More

Excellent service As soon as I walked in the dealership there was someone approaching me. The staff was kind and welcoming. Easton was my sales representative and he to As soon as I walked in the dealership there was someone approaching me. The staff was kind and welcoming. Easton was my sales representative and he took his time to listen to my needs and he found the perfect car to match my need. He explained the process thoroughly, he made suggestions and he worked with me to ensure I drove out a car. It didn’t feel like a sales relationship, It more so felt like bibsing moment.
