After shopping for a Lincoln at my local dealer, I had decided that this was not the vehicle I wanted based on the dealership. I was speaking to my parents who live in Saint Augustine and have purchased s decided that this was not the vehicle I wanted based on the dealership. I was speaking to my parents who live in Saint Augustine and have purchased several Lincoln’s from your company. They suggested I at least reach out to you all, and see what you had available in the aviators in which I was shopping for. Upon my initial call, the phone was answered by Jonathan. I told him the experience in which I had at another dealership. We quickly went through what I was looking for, and he listened to every word and request that I had. He immediately looked at the inventory and sent me an email narrowing down my choices. It took me a little bit to decide, but by the afternoon I had made my choice. I was somewhat dreading the drive from Lake County to Saint Augustine, but he quickly told me that was not going to be necessary. He informed me that they would actually deliver the vehicle to me. I was already astounded by his customer service, and attentiveness to me. We discussed the price and the warranty options and within only a matter of hours, we had made a deal. They were able to send me all of the paperwork electronically for my signatures. Jonathan promptly called me this morning to let me know that everything was taken care of and they would have the vehicle to me by noon. He called me and let me know when they left the dealership and that Donald would be delivering my aviator. Donald was in contact with me to let me know exactly when he would arrive at my office. He pulled up at my office and put a huge bow on the vehicle for me. It was so sweet. He went over everything in the vehicle with me and stayed until I was comfortable operating everything. He was a very polite, respectable young man. He gave me his card and assured me if I had any questions whatsoever to just reach out to him. I have owned multiple makes and models of vehicles, But never have I been treated so kindly by an automobile dealer. I would give 100 stars if I could for a review. You all have a customer for life thank you so much for making this such a great experience and look forward to doing business in the future. More
