Beyond helpful! <3 I was referred to Jerry’s by a friend who had previously dealt with Kris Rhuling. I called him and even though he had no idea who I was, he treated me like family. My salesmen, Jonathan Sanders, was very detailed about my choices and options and was overly patient with my many questions and concerns. Eric in the finance department was straightforward, honest and very knowledgeable . I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in less than 3 hours (pretty quick for a start to finish search and purchase). I cannot be happier with my final choice. I feel as if I found the perfect car for me for the right price. I know that the team at Jerry’s helped guide me in the right direction with nothing but benevolence. More

A Warm Greeting & Sweet Deal Jonathan was nice to me from the onset. I arrived at the dealership with black ice in various parts of the parking lot, after a snow storm. Jonathan Sanders assisted me from the parking lot into the building. He didn't know why I was there but he greeted me with kindness and care. I would recommend him to my family and friends. He listened and set-up my sales transaction. He charged my dying IPhone while we were working through the paper work. He was courteous and professional. He explained all the features of my car, when we test drove my Venza. My transaction was smooth because of his efforts. MIke Wang is very professional and understanding. He offered some solid advice and is a man of his word. He was very helpful. Ms. Susan Landsman listened to my rattling on about family and life while preparing my sales documents. She is sweet & kind. She is an asset to the dealership, when a person is signing off on one of the largest purchases we make in life. Thank you for making my purchase smooth, after my 2005 4-Runner was stolen and I purchased my new Pearl (Toyota Venza ). I understand the owner likes my car Model. He is a good person with taste. Jerry's Toyota = Excellent Service This is my 3rd Toyota purchased from Jerry's Toyota. The first was for 12 years and the second was for 14 years. This purchase was no difference from the first two, in that the people who work there from the custodians to sales managers & salesman are very polite, friendly and courteous. They make shopping for a car at Jerry's very pleasant and there is absolutely no pressure. Since I always had my cars serviced at Jerry's, I have to say that the service dept. is excellent and a joy to deal with. Everyone at Jerry's goes out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable experience. I would recommend Jerry's to anyone needing a new car or just to service their old one. More

Wonderful dealership I can't say enough positive things about Jerry's Toyota. First of all, the representatives are always pleasant and courteous. I am always able to a service appointment when I request it at the date and time requested. Whenever I arrive at the dealership, the representatives are always friendly and act like they are happy in their jobs. Which brings me to the fact that there is not a high turn around, so they must be doing something right! I bought my vehicle new from them four years ago and every year, I receive a call from my dealer, Jonathan, wishing me a happy birthday. Lastly, I have had my vehicle serviced there ever since I purchased it and have never felt that i was being overcharged. My experiences at Jerry's Toyota have always been great and I will definitely purchase my next Toyota from them. More

I bought a used 2012 Avalon earlier this year and unfortunately, 9 months later it was a total loss. I immediately called Jonathon explaining that I wanted the same car or newer. He got me in a 2013 model and work with me on price. BOTH of my experiences with him has been pleasurable. He SINCERELY cares and is NOT looking for a commission. After the purchase of my first car, Jonathon keeps in touch to make sure I am ok. When stopping in for my scheduled oil change, he'd make a point to come and say hello. My experience has been more than great. I referred my cousin, who purchased a 2014 Corolla the day after I bought my car. I would refer everyone to see JONATHON SANDERS. The best experience Ive ever had in a car dealership, twice. Thanks so much More

Shawn Graham responded to my online inquiry by email at 1:19 pm and followed up with a phone call. He tried to gather as much info he needed to get the car we wanted. Seeing that they don't have the car he said he'll try his best to get the car he got the car from 160 miles away and gave us a 3 pm appt and even sent us directions to their dealership. I asked him that we were pre-approved by James Toyota Scion in Flemington, NJ and he just said he'll take care of us. A certain Robert called at 2:45 pm to check on how our drive is going cuz rain was pouring hard. When we arrived at 3:15 pm, we were greeted on the lot by Jonathan Sanders even before we parked our car and walked and followed us about 10 cars down, to the only available customer parking. Shawn got us a better car with leather interior than he quoted online but their Manager John almost honored the price we were quoted with minimal increase but gave us $6,500 for our trade outright. In short, we were out of there in 5 hours after Jonathan gave us a tour of their facility and introduced us to our new car. Kim Kelso in finance gave us a wonderful deal, Christa explained to us all the available options and discounted warranties for the car, Fletcher Dixon checked on us whenever he passes by in between his own clients. This happened on a very busy Monday among their other clients who mostly went home with their brand new cars. Not only that, Jonathan is sending us by mail the DE tag we left behind and the "Support Out Troop" ribbon, which meant a great deal to us. Jerry's Toyota has great team effort. We would definitely give them a 10, if 10 is the highest. Our heartfelt thank you to everyone and a special thank you to Shawn Graham for finding "our" car. More

He truly is concerned with your needs and was a pleasure to work with. We have heard from Jonathan via email and a phone call since the purchase to be sure we are satisfied with everything. I truly believe that if we had any problems (which we do not) he would do all he could to fix any issue. We have a one year old son who was with us during our visit. The paperwork portion of the deal can be time consuming but everyone was very kind to us and our son. One employee even bought some cookies from the vending machine and shared with our son. No one seemed to mind that he was walking around and that made the process so much easier and enjoyable! Jennifer is in the internet department and is another wonderful asset to this company. She was there with us when the numbers were presented to be sure we were getting a good deal similar to the internet pricing. I would recommend this dealership to all family and friends. They have a great product and great staff to assist you with it. More
