Lies, deceit and poor customer service. I came in fir a test drive and was immediately sold a overpriced Tesla. The sales manager would not write his promises on the forced bilk of sale. After the test drive the front wibdshield had a crack. The sales manager informed me to use my insurance to get it repaired. When they determined my credit score was acceptable. The manipulation began. I experience numerous levels of unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend any of my colleagues to KIA Southwest. More

John went over everything I needed to know about the car sale. He explained the extra features like LoJack and the paint and upholstery protection. My insurance agent really liked those items.
