I had make a oil change appointments las three times and every time I was told that I don’t need to make an appointment for oil change. This apparently was an excellent advise because every time that I did every time I was told that I don’t need to make an appointment for oil change. Today I showed up without appointment and they said I had to wait 4.5 hrs because the express technician was on vacation!! This was very disappointing! More
