The overall experience was great. I thought I knew what I wanted, I'm not overall picky with a car. Saying that I changed my mind after we started the process. I wasn't sure if new vs used was best for me, then I decided new but then wanted to see the vehicle in red, after saying blue from the get go. Jon just took it all in stride, was never pushy, made comments pro and con. Then did a great job explaining everything about the Rogue. The smile never left his face even when he had to explain something more than once becuz my husband or I didn't quite get it. Oz was excellent also. He went over all necessary info for our loan. He was an immense help when there was a fraud alert glitch on our account. Something that should have taken 20 mins ran close to 60 mins becuz of that. He was helpful, kind, he did everything he could to get it straightened out. He kept apologizing, even though it wasn't in any way his or our fault. Kept a smile on his face, kept my hubby calm with all the craziness, and made a unfortunate delay much easier to handle. Can not say enough about these two gentlemen and what an asset they're to Suntrup. More
