Horrible wait. No added value. I scheduled an oil change/service appointment for a Saturday. They said they had a time at 11, so I came in at 10:50. Then waited in the lobby until 1 I scheduled an oil change/service appointment for a Saturday. They said they had a time at 11, so I came in at 10:50. Then waited in the lobby until 1:45 for them to change the oil and spray my car down as a wash. It wasn’t even dried fully. Almost 2 hours and $50. Down the road there’s a place that will change oil in 20 minutes or less for $30. No reason to go here unless you need it dealer serviced. I don’t think you should need to wait longer than an hour if you make an appointment days in advance. I feel like it would’ve taken the same time if I would’ve just walked in. More

" At the end of the day" Went for oil change, courtesy wash was nice. Form with check list wasn't accurately done. Tread depth on tiires weren't checked by technician.tech wrote 9 for all which would be impossible as right front tire was replaced brand new a few days earlier, and had 11-12 tread depth.
