From sales to service security Dodge was the worst experience. My salesman lied to me about a major feature of my truck. I found out my truck didn’t have air ride suspension after the sale was complet experience. My salesman lied to me about a major feature of my truck. I found out my truck didn’t have air ride suspension after the sale was complete and I was stuck with it. Since the truck had scratches and damage to the seat when I bought it, they promised to fix both within six months. The first time I attempted to bring it it to get fixed, their disorganized service team did an oil change but nothing else. The second time they finally fixed the seat, but the scratches were completely ignored. I canceled clients to pick up my truck when they told me it was finished only to find out two days later the paint guy had not even looked at it. When I finally picked it up, I found that the scratches they were supposed to repair were not fixed. Buy a car here at your own risk. More
