Jeff listened to our list of wants then presented the options that fit our criteria, from the vehicle to making sure we were dialed into our specific financials as well. George Palmer, Finance, made the paperwork as seamless and concise as we have had; all details and questions fully explained. Malia Clark called promptly, as promised and we left our Love-Encore appointment confident we are fully acquainted with our new car. There were other employees we met from reception, to parts, to other service areas and all were friendly and ready to assist.
