I am writing a separate review for John Williams. He did a superb job in meeting with my wife and myself and guiding us through the purchase of a 2026 Forester Touring. John was the first person we met with upon arriving at the dealership. He made us feel welcome and special immediately. He listened carefully as we shared our concerns. He took the amount of time necessary to review the features of different vehicles. His easy going manner was a pleasure to deal with. After the sale was complete, John spent a considerable amount of time to explain some of the features of the vehicle, including the pairing of our phones and having us sit in the driver's seat to adjust the seat and mirrors for our individual needs. In conclusion, I can easily say that John Williams was the best salesman that I have encountered in over 50 years of buying cars. John is a consummate professional. More
