Took my vehicle in for a recall and was told after they had my car for a full day that they did not have the parts to complete the work. When I picked up the vehicle I complained about the lack of communi had my car for a full day that they did not have the parts to complete the work. When I picked up the vehicle I complained about the lack of communication with the situation. By the next day they found the parts to complete the recall. Why did it take me complaining to get the part and do the recall the next day. Better customer service would have been going that extra mile without me complaining! More
