Jordon is very professional, knowledgeable and was considerate of our needs. We enjoyed his personality, which made us feel very comfortable. We told him when we would be picking up the vehicle and he had all the paperwork ready to go. He patiently spent over 2 hours that evening showing us all the ins and outs of our new vehicle, how to work the controls, the self parking features, all the settings, etc. Never once did we feel hurried or afraid to ask a question. He was able to answer all our questions immediately and efficiently. All the staff we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and never once did we feel pressured to buy the car or additional add on's.
