He was very knowledgeable and knew the answers to all of the questions that I had for him. Jordan was the first person to approach me after about 10-15 minutes of walking around with no other sales associates talking with me beforehand, and he calmly asked if I needed any help with anything and told me he would be right with me after he finished with another customer. Jordan our salesman was a true professional very informative he knows his stuff. John McNelis was the new car manager he really made things go smooth. They didn’t have the new Highlander we wanted but they found one and got it to the dealership in time to add the extra equipment we wanted. We took delivery of the Highlander in time to get the rebates and special pricing we needed to make the deal. What a great team everyone at Wilde was so friendly and helpful.
