The main reason we came back to Wilde was because of the great customer service I received from Jordon Arsnow when I leased a 2017 Rave 4 on October 16, 2017. Jordon is very professional, knowledgeable and was considerate of our needs. We enjoyed his personality, which made us feel very comfortable. Jordon explained everything in very understandable terms and went through all of the features on the new vehicle. We told him when we would be picking up the vehicle and he had all the paperwork ready to go. He patiently spent over 2 hours that evening showing us all the ins and outs of our new vehicle, how to work the controls, the self parking features, all the settings, etc. Never once did we feel hurried or afraid to ask a question. He was able to answer all our questions immediately and efficiently. All the staff we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and never once did we feel pressured to buy the car or additional add on's. This is our fourth purchase from the Wilde franchise and we would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again to Jordan, it was a pleasure working with him. More
