My experience was good. I honestly would never go here to buy a car again ( maybe they treat you better if you buy a new car ) . Pay closer attention to the closing portion of buying a car from them or you'll potentially end maybe they treat you better if you buy a new car ) . Pay closer attention to the closing portion of buying a car from them or you'll potentially end up with a bunch of additional costs added to your purchase .... Like warranty and auto care , which is a additional $2500.00 on your purchase . They also talked me into the Armour All treatment that cost $1900.00 and gave me what was left of the kit they used to do this to which there's no way it was worth ten percent of that cost . My bad for not paying attention I guess . I had two issues with the car I bought that I didn't notice when test driving the vehicle .... A wheel bearing assembly was beginning to wear out and a shifting issue with the transmission . I called them and they said they would have the salesman that sold me the car call back . He never did so I called back and he just talked over me the whole time I was trying to explain the issues . I can understand the bearing but not the transmission issue . I took the car to a local Buick dealership for a recall issue and they found a couple issues unrelated to the transmission . Between the rude salesman , the fast talking gentleman I signed the paperwork with , and the rip off Armour All treatment I'd never buy any car from these people. More

First car I ever purchased without going to the dealership. All the staff and I mean all of the staff made this deal possible. From my initial contact, to the day and time of delivery…. Triple AA dealership. All the staff and I mean all of the staff made this deal possible. From my initial contact, to the day and time of delivery…. Triple AAA DIAMOND service. However to every great review there is always room for improvement. I wish we would have received a full tank of gas upon delivery. As to the weather (wet and snowing), no one can control that. They didn't know about any of the service that was the salesman's mistake and tried to charge me. They lie, and lie some more until you buy and then you find out all the features it was missing that we're salesman's mistake and tried to charge me.
