Overall an ok experience. Staff was polite and respectful. Dealership was clean. Not too happy with the overall buying process though. They made ZERO movement on the used vehicle price or trade in respectful. Dealership was clean. Not too happy with the overall buying process though. They made ZERO movement on the used vehicle price or trade in value. Not even a couple hundred dollars. Salesman told me he’d get me to a certain payment with finance, but finance was off by $150. I went with the truck because of the current market and it was the one that I wanted. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was left at a 1/4 tank of gas. What type of dealership delivers a $70,000 truck with a 1/4 tank of gas. Also, the factory winch remote was missing. I tried contacting the salesman to ask about it, but he hasn’t responded. Ram boxes and bed of the truck were pretty dirty. I honestly felt like i was just a number here. Also, thought it was weird how the salesman doesn’t follow you throughout the process. After the initial deal, he hands you off to someone else and that’s the last you see of them. Just not very personal at all. More
