Jordan was great. Every dealership has cars, but not all of them have great salespeople. I’m always looking for people I can vibe with and found Jordan to be friendly, chill, low pressure, and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Tino and every employee here that I interacted with was very nice. 10/10 on the sales team. What I did not like is the massive amount of fees here. I came unprepared to see mandatory $1498 doc + 3800 recon + 2995 advantage package fees added on to the price. I haven’t bought a car in a long time but this absolutely floored me. Other dealers I visited did not disclose fees of this nature and the average doc fee I saw elsewhere was $995. I would not come back to this dealership because of the fees alone. Secondly, they valued my trade at $5k when CarMax valued it at $6400. I did go thru with the trade but regret it. Lastly, I thought the building itself was very raggedy and rundown and the music was so loud I could barely hear my conversations. So 10/10 on staff, 4/10 everything else. More
