Brought my car in for service and replaced my wife’s Lexus with another Lexus. Damon was excellent to work with. I appreciate his focus on the customer balanced with his responsibility to the dealersh Lexus with another Lexus. Damon was excellent to work with. Both Jonathan (JD) and Carl were a pleasure to work with! They both went above and beyond to get me into my "Dream Car", I can't thank them enough for their help. Lexus of Sarasota was one of the best Dealer They both went above and beyond to get me into my "Dream Car", I can't thank them enough for their help. Lexus of Sarasota was one of the best Dealerships I've purchased from. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars would be because there is an outstanding "issue" with the Start/Stop feature that requires service. Not a "big deal" as the vehicle is under warranty, but would've been better handled prior to driving off the lot. Overall a wonderful experience, they have my business moving forward!
