I came in for a basic matinence service which end up costing me $403 that I don't believe was necessary for the extra stuff they quoted me, and not sure if they even did the work. I had to ask them do they put a sticker in the windshield to remind you of your next oil service because I wasn't given one. Which makes me question if they did anything to my car they said they did and if they just overcharged me because I'm a woman. I will not becoming back here or refer anyone to this place and if I have to pay to get my car checked elsewhere and find out they didn't replace the parts they charge me for and made me pay $286 in labor fees for a 1 hr job I will be sueing. More

Jordan checked the paperwork I brought in to see what work was recommended. She informed me that the tire rotation didn't need to be done yet due to low mileage since last one. She worked quickly, gave me an estimate of time it would take. Later at home I received a phone call from Jordan updating the progress, informing me it would be longer. Later I received a text that informed me when the car was ready for pick up. Jorden answered all my questions and bonded with me over being a Chevy Bolt. We both think it's SO FUN to drive because it's "zippy" Pleasant, competent service. Can't ask for more More
