I purchased a 2022 corvette and in 5 days the car had
problems had to go back to dealer ship it stayed there for exactly a week , they didnt provide me a loaner car, and when car was ready for pickup i w
problems had to go back to dealer ship it stayed there for exactly a week , they didnt provide me a loaner car, and when car was ready for pickup i went to see they have put aprox 45 miles on the car more then the amount needed to check if problem was fixed , havent refilled the gas they used, they didnt even wash the car , gave it to me all dirty and dusty , and also burned part of the side panel of the car. Horrible experience.

Our service representative is always telling us wrong
information in regards to our vehicles being ready.
On atleast four occasion s we have been told that our vehicle would be ready and it wasn't. The

On atleast four occasion s we have been told that our vehicle would be ready and it wasn't. The parts were not even ordered for three days we awaited the unit and was told daily that the unit was being repaired. We actually had to pick up the unit incomplete and it was almost two weeks before the part came in. If we had not picked up our unit it would have still been there.
The service dept. became rude when we kept trying to get updates.
Also she was asked twice to follow our prodigal to call the office number for updates and she still calls our mechanics.
