It should be Chevy‘s responsibility to forward the information to the department of motor and vehicles for the state of California.Chevy recalled my car and I was not able to get my tags even though I paid for them from the state of California. When I went to pickup my truck I paid the cashier then waited 30 minutes for my truck I asked one of the people who signs the cars in to check for me, it looks as though the cashier never informed anyone waited 30 minutes for my truck I asked one of the people who signs the cars in to check for me, it looks as though the cashier never informed anyone to bring my truck around to me. Also the reason for service was oil change and 75,000 mile tune-up. My truck always idled quiet and smooth, it now idles rough. I wasn't able to bring it back because I was leaving early the next morning for a cross country road trip. I called back when I noticed it when I was New Mexico to informed Jordan my service person, the guy who answered the phone told me he told her about my complaint and that she would call me back I never got a phone call back I will be back the first of September and bring my truck back in to check the rough idle. More
