I have called 5 times and not the tech or the General Manger have even called me back. Horrible service and abhorrent customer service. You illegally overcharged me even on your own paper work which stated to charge the correct amounts. I have asked for a refund but the customer service rep suddenly lost the connection. Do the right thing and refund, stop stealing from your customers.
