Very great customer service from Jordan Rock, he is very patient and in no way did I feel pressured when looking for a vehicle. He was very smart when it came to talking about the different vehicles that w patient and in no way did I feel pressured when looking for a vehicle. He was very smart when it came to talking about the different vehicles that were in stock and was very honest about the vehicles in question. I left a very happy camper in my new Mazda I had purchased from him. I will recommend this dealership to everyone as my parents did to me when they purchased their vehicle. Kudos to Mr. Rock for taking customer service to a whole new level!! More

This was my first car buying experience and naturally I had alot of questions. Jordan was always quick to answer in a way that I could understand. Once I had decided on what he took over and found what I w had alot of questions. Jordan was always quick to answer in a way that I could understand. When came to the actual sale, the process was quick and clear, I didn't feel like that was anything hidden from me. I went in to see what kind of a deal I could get when I turn in my lease on my Legacy. I had never leased a car before, and I had the Legacy for two and a half years, so I had some questions. I worked with Mr. Rock two and a half years ago so I knew I wanted to work with him again. He also sold a car to my daughter and her husband over two years ago. More

The least "painful" car purchase I have ever experienced! We got one--and it only took one--extremely fair deal offer, with an exceptional trade-in value on my used Subaru. Our first visit was experienced! We got one--and it only took one--extremely fair deal offer, with an exceptional trade-in value on my used Subaru. Our first visit was on a Saturday night and we wanted to take the weekend to assess. There was no pressure. I drove away with my new car on Monday. I love my new Roo!!! More

I got the "winter package" with heated seats, defrosters, winshield wipers, winter mats...etc. I also love the moon roof. This car feels fun and safe to drive. The sales-man Jordan Rock was awesome, he helped us choose the car. After the Test drive he sat down with ne and went through the car explaining all the windsheild/headlight stuff and then even opened up the hood to show where the fuilds go, how to change fuses and everything. I was impressed but his knowelege and his ability to answere any question I could come up with. The dealership even inculded a booklet of free services, free inspections for life and ski passes. I went back to the dealership two days later to get an undercoating done and trade in our 12 year old minivan and they treated me like an old friend, greeting me by name and taking care of me right away. Just yesterday I went back again to get the lisence plates and Jordan ran out to help even screwing the plates on for us. I would highly recommend this dealership, and the Subaru imprezza. Sporty, fun, safe and perfect for Utah driving! I LOVE my subaru. More

I actually went into Mark Miller South Towne just to browse new Subaru models. I had owned previous Subarus, but was considering all looking at Nissans which some other members of my family owned. I had browse new Subaru models. I had owned previous Subarus, but was considering all looking at Nissans which some other members of my family owned. I had bought previous Subarus as another dealership, however this new location was closer to my house and decided to stop in. When I walked in I had no desire to listen to someone try and sell me something I wasn't sure I wanted. Jordan came up and asked if I had any questions and after I politely told him I was just looking; he walked over introduced himself, pointed where his desk was and walked away. Soon after browsing I had a question so I walked over to ask Jordan. I had a few questions about some changes in the models. Soon the conversation was more like talking to a friend about our past Subarus we had owned, rather than a salesman. Over the period of two days I test drove a number of them and I was surprised by not only the information they new about the new models, but also past models. I was able to describe what features I did and didn't like about past models. Also during the test drive process they were able to point features out that I didn't know about. Probably one of the best things was that while driving Jordan was asking me questions not only about what features I like, but didn't like. After a while I also found myself talking and joking about things that had nothing to do with cars. Jordan and Pete were able to help me select the car I wanted, which only took about an hour to do. They checked their stock, other dealers, and also incoming inventory to find the best fit for me. I was also impressed that they were able to interact with my girlfriend and involved her in the process. A little bored with the process they brought her a bottle of water and asked if she had any questions. Through the process I found myself in a very comfortable atmosphere. I left the dealership while all the financial stuff was being cleared and was called within 45 minutes and Pete asked "So when would you like to pick up your new car?" It was so fast I had to finish running errands first. Later that night I pulled up and my new car was sitting out front freshly washed and ready to go. After I signed all the paperwork for my new Forester Jordan walked me around the entire dealership and service center introducing me to the entire staff. The following day, after my purchase, he called me up to make sure everything was running smooth with my new car and to inform me that the additional parts were ordered and he would call me when they were in. I was very happy with the experience I had and can guarantee I will be returning to them in the future. More
