I’m highlighting dissatisfied with service I received from Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville yesterday April 13, 2023. I came in for a regular oil change. I’ve been getting my oil changed with your deale from Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville yesterday April 13, 2023. I came in for a regular oil change. I’ve been getting my oil changed with your dealership ever since I bought my car back in 2012 so that’s over 10 years of service. I was notified by Jordan Waters that my strip drain bolt was stripped and I could get a new plug or a new oil pan. If it was stripped you all “ Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville” done it. I never get my oil changed by anyone else. Therefore I’m very upset that I had to pay a total of $250.09 for this issue when I came in for a regular oil change. I understand that times are hard, however to just up charge a person I will even go as far as to say a female because of an issue that was caused by your company is highly disappointing. I also came in at 8:00am and wasn’t done until 11:00am which made me late for work. Not one time was I offered a ride to work a device vehicle of nothing. I was just told several times it’s almost ready three hours later. This matter has me very upset and I have a good mind to let a lawyer take a look at this to see if I have a case. It’s not right that I had to pay for something that you guys did. It’s also not right that I had to wait three hours without being offered a ride or loaner vehicle. Not to mention this $19.00 miscellaneous charge that was added to the order for what? Therefore I don’t want to complete a survey because it was an awful experience and I honestly know I was taken advantage of. Best Regards, Dr. Kajuna Washington More

Through good times and not-so-good (pandemic, shutdowns, microchips, etc.), this dealership just gets better and better. Service remains tops and sales as well. I have a great working relationship with Sr. Sales Rep/Award Winner Bob Corley and with Mgr Kevin Dowdy. In Service, Jordan Waters worked my most recent visit with total professionalism...pretty good for one of the newer reps there. Shout outs to the rest of that good crew! Best in Georgia! More
