From the beginning to end an excellent experience I was in 2 auto accidents within 6 six days in early July 2016 (no fault of mine), needless to say my car was a total loss. The place where I work the staff have all purchased cars from Toyota Sunnyvale. I made a call to Michael Shimms the owner, Cody returned my call and Junemarie Jingco was assigned to take care of all my needs. At first I really did not want a white car but after the trial ride I just fell in love with it. Junemarie was very professional, courteous, went out of her way to accomadate all my needs. All in all a great experience. I have recommended this dealership to all my friends and especially Junemarie. You should very proud of your employees, Good job Junemarie and Jorge Andrede in financial. More

Great Customer Service-JuneMarie and Jorge We found a vehicle through our lender, USAA's Car Buying Service. The dealership that had the vehicle was over a 150 miles from our house but we felt We found a vehicle through our lender, USAA's Car Buying Service. The dealership that had the vehicle was over a 150 miles from our house but we felt it was worth taking the drive to check it out. My husband called and made an appointment with JuneMarie. She was amazing from the start! She was very friendly, low pressure, and stayed late on a Friday night to meet with us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, she was helpful in obtaining a slightly lower price and then set us up with Jorge in Finance to finish the deal. Jorge also was so amazing. Low pressure, very friendly, and very thorough. Our experience was definitely worth the drive! The only thing that we didn't care for was a high pressure salesman did come over to offer us a used car warranty. He just pushed a little too hard so it was slightly uncomfortable. He was a super nice guy so we felt bad saying no but he was still pleasant once we said no, so it was fine :) More

Although I was expecting to be able to negotiate the price a bit, I was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to work with me to talk about all of my options, and in the end to find the best way to finance the car for me. They were extremely friendly, and not just in a salesman-y kind of way. They really care about the quality of service and of the cars on their lot. More
