Brought my car in to get a hitch mounted and recalls fixed. Paid 1200 just to have my bumper not be fully secured back on along with bumper damage of gouges and my emergency power brake light still on. fixed. Have called in multiple times and promised a manager would call back on multiple occasions yet with no communication moving forward from Kia. My next step of action is to report this KIA location to the Better Business Bureau. More
