In these very difficult times buying a new car is next to impossible. Grand Subaru made that process a little less daunting. Grand Subaru was amazing to work with in every way. I flew in from out of state to purchase a used vehicle. I, of course, wanted to ensure I knew everything about the vehicle before making such a com I flew in from out of state to purchase a used vehicle. I, of course, wanted to ensure I knew everything about the vehicle before making such a commitment so I relied heavily on sales associate Jorge Calvillo to fully inspect the vehicle and report any and all flaws. He gave me a complete and honest assessment of the vehicle and provided detailed pictures of all imperfections. I flew in on a Saturday morning and within a couple hours was on the road back home with my beautiful ride. Jorge and the Grand Subaru crew made this an unbelievably easy and enjoyable experience. I will be looking at them first when I'm ready to buy again. Thanks Jorge and team!!! More

Mr. Jorge Calvillo is a wonderful man and he was most helpful. Mr. Kiril Velkov was also very helpful. Because of prior dealings, we called him. Mr. Velkov was off that day but went out of his way to con helpful. Mr. Kiril Velkov was also very helpful. Because of prior dealings, we called him. Mr. Velkov was off that day but went out of his way to connect us with Mr. Jorge Calvillo. We appreciated his help. Unfortunately, we can't say the same thing about Mr. Calvillo's supervisor. We pointed out the glaring problem with the brakes (scraping noises from badly rusted and pitted rotors). The Supervisor dismissed our concern right off hand. Didn't even have the courtesy of talking to us. That car should have never left the Grand Subaru dealership with the brakes in that condition. Those brakes are a concern and we will have to absorb the cost of fixing them ourselves. Uncaring and highly irresponsible on his/her part. What made it even more disappointing is that we are long time customers of Grand Subaru and to be dismissed so casually by an uncaring Supervisor does not sit well with us. Mr. Jorge Calvillo is the only reason we didn't walk out. He was very apologetic that he couldn't help us more. His Supervisor should have addressed the problem right away but chose not to. In that we are very disappointed. Unfortunately, we don't know that Supervisor's name but shouldn't be difficult to track down. What should have been a pleasant, positive experience, left a sour taste in our mouth. We won't be buying another vehicle from Grand Subaru any time soon. More
