My experience with Christian was great, he did his best to remedy an issue from a previous salesperson who misled me and ultimately I ended up buying the wrong car (that's on me) as a result. I originally went to Toyota because my mind was completely set on buying a Toyota. I was just browsing around, looking at different vehicles, when I met Jorge. He approached me in such a kind and g completely set on buying a Toyota. I was just browsing around, looking at different vehicles, when I met Jorge. He approached me in such a kind and genuine way and took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for and, more importantly, why I specifically wanted a Toyota. His approach was fantastic and never felt pushy or pressured. It was already late in the day and most places were getting ready to close, so we told Jorge we would come back the next morning. Sure enough, when we returned, he was there and ready to meet with us. That alone really stood out to me. Jorge started telling us about Mazda and how much the brand has grown, especially with their newer vehicles offering so many features and luxury touches at a much better price point than I expected. He listened to exactly what I wanted and knew that having 7–8 seats was important for me. He showed me the Mazda CX-90, and I instantly fell in love. Honestly, he sold me on Mazda immediately! Jorge took the time to thoroughly go through all of the features, answer every question I had, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me rather than simply making a sale. I am so happy with my CX-90 and with my entire buying experience. What impressed me even more was the service AFTER the purchase. Jorge followed up with me after I had the vehicle for a week just to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions or concerns. That kind of follow-up and customer care means so much and really shows the type of person he is. Jorge and his team were absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I went in convinced I was buying a Toyota and left as a very happy Mazda CX-90 owner—all because Jorge took the time to listen, educate me, and truly understand what I needed.
