The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Mike, the sales manager. He was knowledgeable, personable and got us settled in a comfortable spot where John met us. He was friendly, patient with us and he answered all our questions. Mike continuously checked in on us just to make sure we were being well taken care of. Once we decided on the car and trim level, we met with Jorge, who was so calming. He was accommodating, so patient, and informed. They all stayed much past their scheduled closing time to make sure everything was all set and we were good to go. Never once complaining or making us feel rushed. We really had such a great experience because of Mike, John and Jorge. More

The service center was very helpful and not a long wait. My technician was amazing and thoroughly went over everything with my car. I did not give 5 stars because as the Kia dealership as a whole, I am no My technician was amazing and thoroughly went over everything with my car. I did not give 5 stars because as the Kia dealership as a whole, I am not satisfied. I bought my car in July and have still NOT received my license plate because they had the wrong vin number on the contract. At first I was told it will only be 3-4 weeks, now I have try to reach out to two people I have had contact with and they are not giving me straight answers or ignore my request. It is now the second week of November and I still have no update or idea when this will be resolved so it is very upsetting. More

I find car shopping to be a stressful experience. Not so at Executive Kia. Ouafaa immediately made me comfortable. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and I trusted what she was telling me. She didn’ Not so at Executive Kia. Ouafaa immediately made me comfortable. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and I trusted what she was telling me. She didn’t pressure me at all, which was a huge plus! Michael the general sales manager was genial and accommodating. Jorge in finance was also friendly, and he very clearly explained everything to me. Again, there was no pressure. I felt that everyone truly values you as a customer. Overall a very good experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend executive Kia. More
