I bought a used Porsche 911 here in July — my second vehicle from this dealership. Warranty coverage was the condition I flagged as essential before closing, and I was told repeatedly the car had it. Porsche later confirmed the coverage doesn't apply, because the car was sold through a non-Porsche dealer. What followed took over a month. Emails went unanswered, and the responses I did get explained why it wasn't the dealership's responsibility rather than addressing the problem. It took repeated escalation, several calls and a lot of my own time before anyone engaged seriously. An agreement was eventually reached but getting there was exhausting, and that's what I'll remember about the purchase. it is a good place with a lot of good professionals but on a transaction of this size, a customer shouldn't have to push this hard to get a straight answer.
