BMW of Wesley Chapel knows how to service and treat their customers. I was so impressed with how the service department handles everything from taking the car in, to sending you video showing all the things customers. I was so impressed with how the service department handles everything from taking the car in, to sending you video showing all the things they worked on. And they even get you home in an Uber while they work on your car so you can get back to business. Can you say 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?? This is extremely different from other dealers, I drove a Honda, Jeep, Chrysler and never had that kind of service. I see why BMW is a luxury line. Keep up the great work! More

Friendly service. Fast turn around. But they completely missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Drove the car 100 miles from dealership and ended up on interstate roadside with total tire fail missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Drove the car 100 miles from dealership and ended up on interstate roadside with total tire failure. On a Saturday afternoon. On start of vacation. Edit: Eric and the management at BMW WC went out of their way to address our issues. After 2 months of work on our front differential (delayed due to supply chain issues) we have our beloved 650 back and in working order. As a result I have updated this review from 2 stars to 5! More
