Wow, great service and our Guy Jorge could not have been nicer!! He is the reason we bought our new Tiguan (so far so good). No pressure and drove off the lot on the very same day. Jorge and the dealership were overall great. I had been looking for over a year and had popped in to see if a similar car to what I was wanting might be coming in. I was able to put down a fe I had been looking for over a year and had popped in to see if a similar car to what I was wanting might be coming in. I was able to put down a fee to hold it. It happened to come in early which was great BUT as a busy mom, working full time on a tight schedule, I did feel a ton of pressure to come in and pick it up quick. Because “we have other people who want the car”. I get it, but the pressure was a little much and made me uncomfortable. Just to clarify, It was not Jorge who was putting the pressure on me. I know this is not an ideal time to buy a car and Jorge made is a decent experience. More
