They went above and beyond, fighting to get me the absolute best possible price on my vehicle. I ended up getting a '17 RDX with only 20k miles for the prices all other dealers would charge me for ones that had 6-8k more miles on them. They also had Donald work with me on price & he threw in some extras to make sure I was happy. Douglas in finance was quick and thorough. I had an issue late on a weekend, he answered right away. After purchase, scheduled service with Neville for some minor things to make sure of. He made sure not to waste any of my time, and made sure I had a loaner car to not keep me from work. He took care of all 5 separate concerns I had, without me having to explain more than once. Roman had also taken care of a part that was (unknown to me) missing at the time of purchase. No haggles, no issues. Neville called me as soon as my car was ready, and I was able to pick it up. They even washed it for me! I have to say, I'm very happy about how Acura of Pembroke Pines took care of me, and will be happy to go back for future purchases. More
