Had an appointment scheduled at 1015 am, got notified at 12:42 that they were starting my service. Approved for the filter to be replaced wasn’t entered until 1:11 and wasn’t out of there until 130ish. Took 12:42 that they were starting my service. Approved for the filter to be replaced wasn’t entered until 1:11 and wasn’t out of there until 130ish. Took 3 hours to get just an oil change because other cars were in front of me, and there weren’t enough technicians on Saturdays. Which doesn’t make sense as they are in control of how many appointments are scheduled daily. I wasn’t even made aware that it was going to take longer than normal until I asked at 1:11pm More
