I wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership. From the minute I walked in with my mother was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Brianny Zaldivar. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all (he made me feel ver comfortable with the process) After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Brianny to get that deal. Once he introduce me with my finance rep. Daniel he was very self explanatory as of which bank will be offering me the best rate and made you feel very welcomed. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram with a brand new Cherokee limited 4x4 , but I also left with an amazing after taste of continue choosing an amazing dealership. Service Department is not good except for Paula. She is the lone gem in this box of rocks. The rest of Service Dept. is Missing In Action. The Sales Department does work hard to please. salesman Sima Heydarian is excellent, found the Pacifica With the features I needed, corrected a battery issue promptly and worked diligently toward arriving at an agreeable price point. Sales Manager Angel helped us arrive at price and terms we agreed to. But this process took over 10 and a half hours. I came in at 10 AM and left after 8PM. True that I came just to turn in a finished lease and instead I purchased a new vehicle, and true, the test drive revealed battery and other issues that Sima quickly resolved. But the lack of communication between Sales Manager, Salesman, Service Department and Finance Department should not have me and my wife spending so long waiting and waiting, for that amount of time. We left exhausted, still needing other issues resolved the following morning. Then I found issues tacked onto the terms by Finance Department that I had never agreed to! I resolved those issues the following morning with Jesus ( Finance Manager) and Angel (Sales Manager) but this illustrates the need for improved communication between all Departments so the customer can experience the joy of driving away with a new vehicle rather than the exhausting ordeal that we had. More
