We have experienced many different salespeople in Austin. In searching for a new Toyota, we reached out to a few dealers. Only Joe seemed to genuinely want to help us find what we were actually looking for. In searching for a new Toyota, we reached out to a few dealers. Only Joe seemed to genuinely want to help us find what we were actually looking for. All the other salespeople kept trying to sell us something else. This was a big deal to us. We were going to spend neary $60K for a new car and wanted one that had all the features we were looking for... including color. Only Joe worked to actually help us find and purchas the car we really wanted. Today we actually purchased a car to drive until the one we really want comes in. Wow... never though we would do that. Thanks Joe! More
