Rick Case WESTON - Only place to go I have gone in the past to Rick Case in Ft Lauderdale, FL and had a HORRIBLE experience, and vowed never to go to Rick Case again. We got our cars at I have gone in the past to Rick Case in Ft Lauderdale, FL and had a HORRIBLE experience, and vowed never to go to Rick Case again. We got our cars at Carmax for several years, but one day my husband went out to Rick Case Hyundai in Weston (Davie) and got a Sonata. I was not happy. I thought all Rick Cases were the same, but was I wrong. My husband had the best salesman, Jose Chiaromonte. Jose was a car salesman sure, but he has a heart and cares about his client and wants them to be happy with their purchase/lease. My husband had 3 cars with Jose and I am on my 2nd. When my husband died this year and Hyundai was having me wait several weeks to return his car, Jose had me bring it to him at the dealership, and made a horrible time for me go smoothly. I'm sure all the salesmen at Weston/Davie are nice, but Jose will be my salesman forever. My husband loved him, and he was never wrong about people. I also recommend him to anyone who will listen. Jose took me over to Livan Crespo for the financials. He explained everything to me so I easily understood, and was so very nice. Great to deal with. So Rick Case Hyundai Davie - 10 starts, Jose Chiarmonte - 10 stars and complete customer satisfaction and Livan Crespo - 10 starts - one great team. More

Jose Chiaromonte and Livan Crespo I originally went to CarMax to have my Civic Si appraised. Once I received an offer from CarMax the hunt began for a Genesis sedan. Visited and spoke I originally went to CarMax to have my Civic Si appraised. Once I received an offer from CarMax the hunt began for a Genesis sedan. Visited and spoke to various dealerships; Braman Hyundai, Rick Case in Plantation, and finally Rick Case Hyundai in Davie. I was mislead and misinformed in both prior dealerships but it all lead me to Rick Case in Davie. Spoke briefly to Jessica on the phone and she forwarded the call to the sales manager, described a Genesis that seemed to fit what I was looking for. Took the drive to Rick Case in Davie that same day. Jose Chiaromonte greeted me at the door and the rest is history. Exceptional customer service from start to finish, even after the deal was closed. Livan Crespo in finance was extremely humorous and explained everything about the contract. Livan did not cut any corners or skip any details. My overall experience was great, really. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this dealership just off their genuine approach to new customers. Thanks again guys, this is the Genesis I was looking for, with a few extras. More

Jose was easy to work with and I believe I purch I recently purchase a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport from Jose Chiaromonte and it was a great experience. Jose was easy to work with and I believe I purchased my Sonata at a great price with little to no stress. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Jose since 2010 and I would gladly work with him again when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle. More
