But yesterday the gentleman who we had the pleasure of taking care of us understood and listen to what she wanted and what could afford. He never treated us like we were a sale and or a number like other sales representatives. Jose Chiaromonte truly knows the meaning of excellent customer service and professionalism. He gave us his full attention and patience and we ended upgraded her vehicle from 2013 Hyundai to a 2019 Hyundai. And then we had the pleasure of also dealing with Mr Miguel (Mikey) In your finance department the whole experience yesterday was amazing! More

Allow at least 2.5 hrs even if u know what vehicle u want. This is 3rd vehicle I have purchased here. This time left MUCH to be desired..had to go back 3 times for items that SHOULD have been in vehicle..sale This is 3rd vehicle I have purchased here. Great Car Dealership I was not sure I was ready to buy a new car. However, due to a back injury, I needed a vehicle that was easier to get into and out of. I went into R I was not sure I was ready to buy a new car. However, due to a back injury, I needed a vehicle that was easier to get into and out of. I went into Rick Case to LOOK at the Tucson. I was helped by Jose Chiaramonte and felt instantly at ease because he and I actually attend the same church. I knew he was being honest with me and doing the best he could with my trade in and the price of my new vehicle. Jose took care of my deal from start to finish. I ended up getting a 2017 Tucson SE Plus in Mojave Sand (brown). It is a wonderful car and I love it. Sadly, I ran over a nail and ended up with a hole in my tire. The service department plugged my tire for free and made sure that all 4 of my tires had equal pressure before I left them this afternoon. I am very pleased with Rick Case. It is no surprise that they are a successful dealership. More
