I moved to Annapolis MD in 2013, and after 3 unsatisfactory experiences with the local Volvo dealership, started coming to Volvo Silver Spring. During those 8 years I've been extremely happy wi unsatisfactory experiences with the local Volvo dealership, started coming to Volvo Silver Spring. During those 8 years I've been extremely happy with Jose Espejo as my service rep for my 2010 Volvo, and over the past few months with Peter Larson regarding purchasing a new or certified Volvo. During that time, Peter spent a good deal of time answering my many questions about car features, and last week helped me to test-drive and purchase a certified 2021 Volvo. He also took the time to print out a good deal of information about the car, which was helpful. Now I just have to study the owner's guide to figure out all the new functionality! More

No customer service skills present. Schedule my car for service to be dropped off with service advisor Kevin. Jose stated that Kevin stepped out for a few hours. Jose just took my keys didn't say anything he also didn’t give me any indication that I would be sitting waiting for my car to be serviced. After waiting for about 45 mins I went to ask was I going to be provided a loaner because I have a meeting to get to I never intended to wait according to the appointment I requested. Jose then states I would have to wait 2 hours and no loaner cars were available. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially as a new customer to Volvo! More

Jose was able to take care of a check engine light issue and a nail in the tire really quickly. The service techs also took care of two newly issues recalls.
