Best Nissan service department in the area! Very professional and efficient. After so many failed attempts at Temecula Nissan, Hemet Nissan fixed my car in a day. Jose refused to give me my car for 2 weeks after it was complete due to not having check from geico, even though the geico lady gave him POF amd a picture of check. He stated his boss and the general manag complete due to not having check from geico, even though the geico lady gave him POF amd a picture of check. He stated his boss and the general manager both said i cant get car. Qhen talking to geico they stated that is rare and dealers usually will give car. Check neesed my signature but was mailed to you. I bought my car from you and should have known especially the way you screwed me on the price of that. 21000 for one of your lowest models. Anyways, i feel that you dont trust your customers additionally jose lied to the geico lady the day she called to find out if they got check telling her he gave the car a week ago to me. He then told me the manager she didnt send those documents but she did 2 weeks earlier. All done on the same day. Jose is a power hungry person who really shouldnt be working there More
