Always a great experience at Bourne I just purchased another car from Bourne. Jose Garcia was our sales rep. Buying a car is not my favorite activity but it couldn't have been easier. I love that you don't have to haggle and they are always great about making sure the vehicle has no issues before handing it over to the buyer. Jose was very friendly, professional and accessible. Not the typical dealership experience Jose made the selection process extremely easy. He explained the no hassle pricing model, let me take the car for a test drive, had my trade evaluate Jose made the selection process extremely easy. He explained the no hassle pricing model, let me take the car for a test drive, had my trade evaluated all in about 30 minutes. There was no back and forth, no running into the manager’s office, etc. Further, David and Matt in finance also made the process smooth. Not to mention, I got a great deal on my new Audi A6!
