It took a while and many phone calls to Jose, but everything came thru in the end and I have one happy teenager. I'm sure she was happy to drive back to the cape without me in the car considering she had to listen to "teen driving, responsibility, and stupid things not to do" for the 55 minute ride up! The test drive system made it very simple to try out different rides. We fell for a Nissan Altima and found later that a deposit was made on it the day prior...this stunk for about five minutes because we found an even better deal! It also shows that Bourne honors and abides by a great sales system and they stay true to their word. In conclusion the sales and finance team as well as management all shined today and we left very happy with our decision. More
