The Sales Associate Sergio was exceedingly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Made the purchasing experience memorable. Sergio Ramos is indubitably an asset to the establishment. Follow-up emails and phone calls were prompt and made me not look anywhere else for the purchase of my vehicle. Sergio made me feel very welcome and never made me feel pressed to make a purchase. I would definitely return to Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale for my next automobile purchase. In a nutshell, never has a car purchasing endeavor been positively such memorable. Kudos to Sergio for haven positioned and etched Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale as the place to go! More

Horrible Service from a Former Loyal Customer I purchased a vehicle from this location along with an extended warranty. I contacted this dealership on/about December 13, 2023, to inform them that I purchased a vehicle from this location along with an extended warranty. I contacted this dealership on/about December 13, 2023, to inform them that I had sold the vehicle and needed to cancel my warranty. The paperwork was completed and sent. I contacted the warranty company around the first week of January 2024 and they informed me that the warranty was canceled, and that the dealership would be issuing me the refund. Fast forward to today, March 22, 2024, many calls, voicemails and email’s later, I still have yet to receive my refund and the truth about why it’s taking so long. It’s 3 months later and still nothing. I will no longer give this dealership my business and have decided to purchase my new vehicle from another dealership. Worst customer experience. More

We had a pleasant buying experience until we got to the finance portion. The Finance Manager screwed up our paperwork and has made it terrible to manage and receive payments.........pay cash or buy/finan finance portion.
